In 1995 Goodwill set up four vocational training courses within the Pattiveeranpatti and Thandigudi campuses with funding from the UK Government and the European Union. These programmes were extremely successful and now there are seven courses including two specifically for youth from tribal communities; they are running in KC Patti at the TORP community centre.

At Thandigudi two well established workshops provide one-year National Council for Vocational Trade courses in cutting and Tailoring and Electrical Wiring.  At Pattiveeranpatti three one year courses give youngsters training in dressmaking, three and four wheeler mechanics and computers (use, programming and repair); all three are recognised by state government.
